- 1 tsp butter
- 3 tbsp powdered milk
- 15 clean strawberries, stems removed
- 200g milk or semi-sweet chocolate
- 100g melted white chocolate (for decoration)
- Shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan over low heat, cook condensed milk, butter, and half the powdered milk until it boils.
- Add the remaining powdered milk and stir until the mixture pulls away from the pan.
- Let it cool completely.
- Shape into small balls, flatten, place a strawberry in the center, and seal.
- Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Dip in melted chocolate, decorate with white chocolate and coconut if desired.
- Freeze again for 15 minutes before serving.

- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 200g heavy cream

Instructions:
- Melt white chocolate and pour halfway into mini truffle molds.
- Beat cream cheese and pipe into molds, top with more chocolate.
- Freeze until firm.
- In a pan, cook condensed milk, cream, cocoa, and food coloring over low heat.
- Cook until thick and pulls from the pan. Add vanilla. Cool.
- Shape into balls, insert the frozen truffle inside, and roll.
- Roll in red sugar if desired.

Filling:
- Heat passion fruit pulp and cream until it simmers.
- Pour over chopped chocolate and mix into a smooth ganache.
Assembly:
- Fill cooled tart shells with ganache.
- Chill until set. Decorate and serve.

Instructions:
- Melt chocolate and butter together.

- Pour batter into baking pan, dollop cream cheese mixture on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
